Nursing home for homeless women

Mexico City - This nursing home serves over 400 homeless women at their facility in Mexico. Many of these women suffer from physical or mental disabilities and, in many instances, no family to care for them.

To help these women, this nursing home offers bedrooms, food, medical care, counseling, therapy, and recreational and cultural activities. During the winter season (November through February) they host their “Winter Campaign” - an emergency program that helps protect women on the street.
