Proj. 2.1 Mexico – EL GRUPO ALEGRIA DE LA TERCERA EDAD Update

El Grupo Alegría consists of a group of elderly women who meet every Friday in a room provided by Parroquia de Nuestra Senora de la Piedad. Due to their low income, they learn to make and sell crafts to help their families. In the meantime, they also provide support to one another especially during difficult times.

Needs:

• Adult diapers

• Food

• Money for prescriptions

• Hearing aids
