Who We Are
How it all began - The idea of Zapatos Rotos was born out of the desire to help those begging in the streets and the less fortunate who, somehow seem to have become invisible to many. We felt that by taking the time to stop and talk with some of them will give us the opportunity to understand a bit more about their life stories.
Who we are - We are a group of friends trying to connect people in need to our alliances in aim to alleviate their daily struggles. We believe that there are people and organizations who would like to not only collaborate, but also interact with those in need. As you skim through our site, you can read the stories told by them.
We find the people and publish their stories acknowledging the donors about their situations and let them interact or collaborate directly without having any intermediaries.
